Summary:To provide a highly reliable electrolyte capacitor.SOLUTION: An electrolytic capacitor comprises: a capacitor element comprising an anode on which a dielectric layer is formed; a conductive polymer which covers at least a part of the surface of the dielectric layer; and electrolytic solution including a non-aqueous solvent, a glycerin compound, and an ionic solute. The non-aqueous solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of lactones, glycols, cyclic carbonates, and sulfones.
