Summary:To efficiently perform data collection in an environment where a plurality of services collect data from devices with a plurality of data collection modules.SOLUTION: A device management system manages devices including a plurality of modules for transmitting data, and comprises: receiving means that receives a request for data of the devices; determination means that determines the attribute of data to be transmitted from the devices based on the request received by the receiving means; allocation means that allocates a module that transmits the data from the plurality of modules according to the attribute of the data determined by the determination means; and request means that requests the module of the devices to transmit the data based on the allocation made by the allocation means.
