Summary: | To provide a power conversion device, a drive device, and a power steering device which perform efficient inverter control with heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A power conversion device (motor drive unit 1000) includes neutralization mechanisms 121 and 122 provided separately from a first inverter and a second inverter, which can switch the other side of a first inverter 111 and a second inverter 112 between an inverter and a neutral point, and control circuits 301 and 302. The control circuit switches between two-sided drive that drives the motor 200 with both the first and second inverters and one-sided drive that drives the motor with one of the first and second inverters using the neutral point.
