To expand and fix a stent 1 at a target indwelling site, and thereafter prevent damage to the wall of a blood vessel of an affected site by arranging the stent so that a hook 6 does not protrude out of a terminal end-side annular unit 4DE of the stent 1, or even when protruding out, the hook does not come into contact with the wall of the blood vessel.SOLUTION: The hook 6 includes a terminal end 6DE and a proximal end 6PE, where the terminal end 6DE has a substantially curved or substantially rectilinear shape, and the proximal end 6PE has two substantially straight lines 6ST. Proximal end sides of the two substantially straight lines 6ST are fixed by fixing means 3, across two or more crests M to a midway on a strut 4STS3 linked to a crest MS3 in one direction of a side section S and a midway on a strut 4STS4 linked to a crest MS4 in one direction of another side section S. When the stent 1 is released from a sheath 10, the hook 6 is separated from a groove 2M of a distal end tip 2, and is drawn into the terminal end-side annular unit 4DE.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ステント１を目的の留置部位で拡張させて固定した後は、フック６がステント１の末端側環状ユニット４DEの外に突出しないか、または突出した状態でも患部の血管壁に接触しないように配置して、血管壁を傷つけないようにすること。【解決手段】フック６は末端部６DEと基端部６PEを有し、末端部６DEは、略湾曲状または略直線状を有し、基端部６PEは、二本の略直線６STを有する。二本の略直線６STは基端側を固定手段３により、二個以上の山部Ｍを跨いで、側部Ｓの一方向の山部ＭＳ３に繋がるストラット４STS3の途中と、他の側部Ｓの一方向の山部ＭＳ４に繋がるストラット４STS4の途中に固定する。ステント１のシース10からの開放時は、フック６は先端チップ２の溝２Ｍから離脱し、末端側環状ユニット４DE内に引き込む。【選択図】図１
