Abstract To provide a power source device for an electric vehicle, for estimating loss for each high-frequency insulation circuit configuration with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A power source device 1 for an electric vehicle includes high-frequency converters 32, 35, rectifiers 33, 36, boosting choppers 21, 22, inverters 31, 34, and a control circuit 15. The inverters 31, 34 include resonance capacitors C3 to C6, and supply AC currents to the high-frequency converters 32, 35.
