Abstract | To provide an object information generation device, a processor and a data processing system capable of quickly generating information regarding the presence or absence of an object at a low load.SOLUTION: An object information generation device 1 includes a light source 11, a projection optical system 12 for projecting projection light emitted from the light source 11 to a target region, an imaging device 22 for receiving reflected light which is the projection light reflected from an object existing in the target region, a light receiving optical system 21 for condensing the reflected light on a light receiving surface 22a of the imaging device 22, a control unit 32, a reception unit 31 for accepting settings regarding a distance range for object detection, and a signal processing unit 35 for processing detection signals output from each pixel of the imaging device 22 and generating information on the presence or absence of an object existing in the distance range. After the projection light is projected to the light source 11, the control unit 32 sets each pixel on the imaging device 22 to the exposure state at a timing and a time width corresponding to the distance range set via the reception unit 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
