To provide dental resin reinforced glass ionomer cement compositions that show high surface curability even under wet conditions, which make it difficult for the surface to become cloudy even when they come into contact with moisture during the early stages of curing, the cured products exhibiting high mechanical properties, while exhibiting low water absorption and expansion and excellent color resistance, and further having excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: Provided is a dental resin reinforced glass ionomer cement composition consisting of: a powder material containing (a) an acid-reactive glass powder; and a liquid material containing: (b) water; (c) a polymer of an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer; (d) (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group; and (e) trifunctional or higher functional (meth)acrylamide-based polymerizable monomer, at least one of the powder material and the liquid material containing (f) a polymerization initiator, and optionally, at least one of the powder material and the liquid material containing (g) an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 湿潤下においても高い表面硬化性を示し、これにより硬化初期に水分が接触しても表面の白濁が起こりにくく、且つ硬化物は高い機械的特性を発現しつつ、少ない吸水膨張と優れた耐着色性を示し、さらに保存安定性にも優れる歯科用レジン強化型グラスアイオノマーセメント組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 （ａ）酸反応性ガラス粉末を含む粉材と、（ｂ）水、（ｃ）酸性基含有重合性単量体の重合体、（ｄ）水酸基を有する（メタ）アクリレート系重合性単量体、及び（ｅ）３官能以上の（メタ）アクリルアミド系重合性単量体を含む液材から構成され、前記粉材と前記液材の少なくともいずれか一方に（ｆ）重合開始剤を含有し、任意に前記粉材と前記液材の少なくともいずれか一方に（ｇ）酸性基含有重合性単量体を含む、歯科用レジン強化型グラスアイオノマーセメント組成物を提供する。【選択図】なし
