Abstract To perform highly accurate diagnosis even if the measurement accuracy of a sensor of an electrical apparatus is reduced.SOLUTION: A server 4 includes: a degradation level determination unit 41 that receives operation data of a washer and dryer 1 to be diagnosed and determines the degradation level of a diagnostic target indicating the degree of degradation that has occurred in each device part of the washer and dryer 1 based on the received operation data; and a false detection determination unit 42 provided with a correction DB 42b in which information indicating whether the degradation level improves over time is registered for each device part of the washer and dryer 1, which compares the degradation level of the diagnostic target with the past degradation level, and when the degradation level of the diagnostic target has been improved from the past degradation level as a result of the comparison, determines the correctness or incorrectness of the degradation level of the diagnostic target by referring to the correction DB 42b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電気機器のセンサの測定精度が低下した場合でも、精度の高い診断を実行すること。【解決手段】サーバ4は、診断対象となる洗濯乾燥機1の運転データを受信し、その受信した運転データをもとに洗濯乾燥機1の機器個所ごとに発生した劣化の度合いを示す診断対象の劣化度を求める劣化度合判定部41と、劣化度が時間経過にともなって改善されるか否かを示す情報が洗濯乾燥機1の機器個所ごとに登録されている修正用DB42bと、診断対象の劣化度と過去の劣化度とを比較し、その比較結果として診断対象の劣化度が過去の劣化度から改善されているときに、修正用DB42bを参照して診断対象の劣化度の正誤を判定する誤検出判定部42と、を有する。【選択図】 図1
