Abstract | To perform highly accurate diagnosis even if the measurement accuracy of a sensor of an electrical apparatus is reduced.SOLUTION: A server 4 includes: a degradation level determination unit 41 that receives operation data of a washer and dryer 1 to be diagnosed and determines the degradation level of a diagnostic target indicating the degree of degradation that has occurred in each device part of the washer and dryer 1 based on the received operation data; and a false detection determination unit 42 provided with a correction DB 42b in which information indicating whether the degradation level improves over time is registered for each device part of the washer and dryer 1, which compares the degradation level of the diagnostic target with the past degradation level, and when the degradation level of the diagnostic target has been improved from the past degradation level as a result of the comparison, determines the correctness or incorrectness of the degradation level of the diagnostic target by referring to the correction DB 42b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
