Summary:To provide a vehicular control apparatus capable of suppressing the durability of a battery from deteriorating even in a case where the rotation speed of a motor is rapidly changed, the motor outputting reactive torque by engaging a meshing-type engagement mechanism.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a differential mechanism interconnecting a drive power source, a motor and a drive wheel; and a meshing-type engagement mechanism capable of engaging when a rotation speed difference between a set of rotary elements is less than a given value. The vehicle has a control apparatus that performs: calculating an upper limit value of power that can be output from a battery or input thereto in a case where there is an engagement requirement for switching the meshing-type engagement mechanism to an engaged state where torque is transmitted, from a disengaged state where no torque is transmitted (step S4); and executing limit control in which to limit output power or input power from/to the battery at or lower than the upper limit value before the meshing-type engagement mechanism is engaged on the basis of the engagement requirement (step S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】噛み合い式の係合機構を係合することにより反力トルクを出力するモータの回転数が急激に変化したとしても蓄電装置の耐久性の低下を抑制できる車両の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】駆動力源とモータと駆動輪とが連結された差動機構と、一対の回転要素の回転数差が所定値未満で係合可能な噛み合い式係合機構とを備えた車両の制御装置において、噛み合い式係合機構をトルクを伝達しない解放状態からトルクを伝達する係合状態に切り替える係合要求がある場合に蓄電装置から出力しまたは蓄電装置に入力することが可能な電力の上限値を求め(ステップS4)、噛み合い式係合機構が係合要求に基づいて係合する前に蓄電装置の出力電力もしくは入力電力を上限値以下に制限する制限制御を実行する(ステップS6)。【選択図】図8
