To provide an image formation apparatus and the like which can transmit information of the image formation apparatus through a second communication part when the abnormality occurs in a first communication part.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 10 comprises: a control unit; a communication unit which performs communication with a management server 20; and an image formation unit which forms an image. The communication unit includes a first communication part NW-A and a second communication part NW-B.
