Abstract To provide a technology capable of more reliably suppressing release of a fastening state by an irregular method, without complicating a fastening work.SOLUTION: A fastener 100 for fastening a fastened member, includes a shaft portion 113 provided with a male screw 113a acting to fasten the fastened member by rotating the same on an axis C, tool action faces 119a which are formed on tool action portions 111, 112 integrally with the shaft portion 113, and on which a tool for rotating the shaft portion 113 is acted, and an outside operation suppressing portion 120 suppressing the rotation of the shaft portion 113 by an operation from the outside of the fastener 100.
