Abstract To provide a motion guide device capable of circulating a band smoothly even when a load path groove into which an end in a width direction of the band enters is not formed in a load path.SOLUTION: In a return path B and a direction change path C, a return path groove B1 into which an end in a width direction of a band 7 enters, and a direction change path groove C1 are formed. A load path A is not formed with a load path groove into which the end in the width direction of the band 7 enters.
