Summary:To provide a manufacturing method for a tire that is superior in molding accuracy.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a tire includes: a step (A) of winding a strip 20 supplied from an applicator 14 around a former 6 to obtain a wound body; a step (B) of combining the wound body with the other rubber member to form a low cover; and a step (C) of vulcanizing the low cover to obtain a tire from the low cover.
