To provide a sheet conveyance device which can determine the size of a sheet and reduce the cost.SOLUTION: An ADF includes side regulation plates 125A, 125B which regulate the sheets loaded on a document tray to a position in a first range W1 in the width direction and a position in a second range W2 in the width direction. The ADF comprises: a detection member 160 of a first document presence/absence detection sensor arranged in the first range W1 in the width direction in a device body; and a detection member 150 of a second document presence/absence detection sensor arranged outside the first range W1 and in the second range W2. The ADF determines that the sheet has the large size when the presence of the sheet is detected by the first document presence/absence detection sensor and the second document presence/absence detection sensor, and determines that the sheet has the small size when the presence of the sheet is detected by the first document presence/absence detection sensor and the presence of the sheet is not detected by the second document presence/absence detection sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】シートのサイズを判定することが可能でありながら、コストダウンを図ることが可能なシート搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】ＡＤＦは、原稿トレイに積載されたシートを、幅方向における第１範囲Ｗ１の位置と、幅方向における第２範囲Ｗ２の位置とに規制するサイド規制板１２５Ａ，１２５Ｂを備えている。また、ＡＤＦは、装置本体において幅方向における第１範囲Ｗ１の内に配置された第１原稿有無検知センサの検出部材１６０と、第１範囲Ｗ１の外でかつ第２範囲Ｗ２の内に配置された第２原稿有無検知センサの検出部材１５０とを備えている。第１原稿有無検知センサ及び第２原稿有無検知センサによりシートの有りを検知した場合にシートを大サイズと判定し、第１原稿有無検知センサによりシートの有りを検知し、かつ第２原稿有無検知センサによりシートの有りを検知していない場合にシートを小サイズと判定する。【選択図】図８
