Abstract To provide a solar cell module quality evaluation system and a solar cell module quality evaluation method by which a rating for a quality can be given on the basis of a power generation deterioration mechanism based on deterioration of an EVA sealing material.SOLUTION: A CPU 44 functions as an analysis unit 45, a prediction unit 46, and a quality rating giving unit 47. The analysis unit 45 analyzes the deterioration degree of an EVA sealing material on the basis of the intensity ratio of scattering intensities at different wavelengths in a Raman spectrum of the EVA sealing material. The prediction unit 46 predicts a power generation performance change to the operating time period of a solar cell module on the basis of the deterioration degree of the EVA sealing material.
