Summary:To make an inventory allocation plan in consideration of loss due to processing of intermediate products.SOLUTION: In an inventory allocation planning device 100, a waste amount calculation unit 103 calculates, for a combination of a slab and an order, a waste amount (weight) that is the amount of waste generated when the slab is cut, and calculates a waste amount per unit allocation amount for the waste generated when the end of the slab is cut and the waste generated when the slab is divided. A constraint condition setting unit 104 sets a constraint condition of an optimization problem for obtaining an allocation amount that is weight for allocating the order to the slab. An objective function setting unit 105 sets an objective function of the optimization problem for obtaining the allocation amount. The objective function is set, by maximizing it, so as to allow the generation of the waste but suppress the waste amount and increase the allocation amount. A solution finding unit 106 solves the optimization problem set by the constraint condition setting unit 104 and the objective function setting unit 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】中間製品の加工による損失を考慮して在庫引当計画を立案できるようにする。【解決手段】在庫引当計画の立案装置100において、屑化量計算部103は、スラブと注文の組み合わせに対して、スラブを切断する場合に発生する屑の発生量である屑化量(重量)を計算する。スラブの端を切断する場合に発生する屑と、スラブを分割する場合に発生する屑とについて、単位引当量あたりの屑化量を計算する。制約条件設定部104は、スラブに注文を引き当てる重量である引当量を求める最適化問題の制約条件を設定し、目的関数設定部105は、引当量を求める最適化問題の目的関数を設定する。目的関数は、その最大化により、屑の発生を許容するが屑化量を抑えつつ、引当量を増やすように設定される。求解部106は、制約条件設定部104及び目的関数設定部105で設定した最適化問題を求解する。【選択図】図1
