To provide a stent for connecting heterogeneous organs which is easy in the securement and maintenance of a passage diameter for the purpose of the movement of a surgery apparatus, and secured in withdrawal prevention performance.SOLUTION: A stent 10 for use in a connecting method for forming penetration holes 21, 31 at heterogeneous organs, and connecting peripheries of the penetration holes comprises: a stent main body 11 which is arranged while traversing the penetration holes whose both-side tip parts are formed at the heterogeneous organs, and formed with a connecting passage 11a for making the heterogeneous organs communicate with one another; and a one-side distortion tip part 12 and the other side distortion tip side 13 in which distortions are formed in pigtail shapes at the both-side tip parts of the stent main body so that the heterogeneous organs at the peripheries of the penetration holes partially adhere to one another, and which are locked to the penetration holes, respectively.
