In a place corresponding respectively to a thenar 41 and a heel central part 42 of a footwear user's sole, there are provided holes 21, 22 or recesses in an internally hollow state with an upper opening, with the thenar 41 and the heel central part 42 made to sink into the holes 21, 22 or the recesses.
