Summary:To provide a method for preventing denaturation of solution due to heat generated by discharge, clogging of a nozzle, and discharge failure due to generation of bubbles.SOLUTION: An induced electrohydrodynamic jet printing apparatus comprises: a nozzle 110 configured to discharge a fed solution to an opposite substrate S; a main electrode 120 contactlessly isolated from the solution inside the nozzle by an insulator 130; and a voltage supplier configured to apply voltage to the main electrode. According to this device, the solution in the nozzle and the main electrode can be separated from each other by the insulator, and problems such as generation of heat by oxidation-reduction reaction which occurs by the voltage which is applied to the electrode by contact between the solution and the electrode, denaturation of the solution, clogging of the nozzle, and generation of bubbles can be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】吐出に伴う発熱による溶液の変性、ノズルの目詰まり、バブル発生による吐出不良を防止する方法を提供する。【解決手段】供給された溶液を対向する基板Sに向かって吐出させるノズル110と、ノズル内の溶液と絶縁体130で分離されて接触しないメイン電極120、及びメイン電極に電圧を印加する電圧供給部を備える誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置によれば、絶縁体によってノズル内の溶液とメイン電極との間を分離させることができ、溶液と電極が接触して電極に印加される電圧によって発生する酸化還元反応によって発生する発熱、溶液の変成、ノズルの目詰まり、バブル発生の問題を解決することができる。【選択図】図1
