To allow a notification of a service suitable for the condition of a user.SOLUTION: The medical support system according to an embodiment includes a first acquisition unit, a determination unit, a selection unit, and a notification unit. The first notification unit acquires data showing the condition of a user. The determination unit determines the degree of emergency of a medical treatment for the user on the basis of the data. The selection unit selects one of a plurality of services which can be provided to the user on the basis of the result of the determination by the determination unit.
