Abstract To provide a rotation detector which can improve detection sensitivity and prevents molding failure when a housing part is molded with a resin.SOLUTION: A sensor part 3 includes a plate-like detection part 300 including a magnetic detection element for detecting a magnetic field from a magnetic encoder 2 as a detected member, and a connection terminal 301 extended from the detection part 300, in which the detection part 300 is composed of two magnetic sensors arranged so as to overlap an opposite direction to the sensor part 3 and the detected member 2 and a resin mold provided so as to collectively cover the two magnetic sensors, has a housing part 31 having an opposite surface 314 opposite to the magnetic encoder 2, and in the two magnetic sensors, the detection part 300 of a first magnetic sensor 30a arranged on the side of the magnetic encoder 2 is arranged so as to be inclined to the opposite surface 314.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】検出感度を向上でき、かつハウジング部の樹脂モールドの際に成形不良が発生しにくい回転検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】センサ部3は、被検出部材としての磁気エンコーダ2からの磁界を検出する磁気検出素子を含む板状の検出部300、及び検出部300から延出された接続端子301を有し、検出部300がセンサ部3と被検出部材2との対向方向に重なるように配置されている2つの磁気センサと、2つの磁気センサを一括して被覆するように設けられた樹脂モールドからなり、磁気エンコーダ2と対向する対向面314を有するハウジング部31と、を有し、2つの磁気センサのうち、磁気エンコーダ2側に配置されている第1磁気センサ30aの検出部300が、対向面314に対して傾くように配置されている。【選択図】図3
