To provide partially reacted silane primer compositions.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein are partially reacted alkoxysilane compositions, the use of partially reacted alkoxysilane compositions as adhesion-promoting primer coatings, and methods of using the partially reacted alkoxysilane compositions and coatings.
