Abstract | To provide a winding switching device that can be small-sized.SOLUTION: A winding switching device (9) for switching parallel connection and serial connection of a plurality of windings of a rotary electric machine comprises: a plurality of electrodes to which a plurality of windings and a power supply are connected; a movable part (33) that is in contact with the plurality of electrodes and comprises a plurality of conductor parts (32a to 32f); and an actuator (31) that drives the movable part. Depending on a contact state between the plurality of electrodes and the plurality of conductor parts, the plurality of windings are connected in parallel at a first position of the movable part and the plurality of windings are connected in series at a second position of the movable part. The plurality of electrodes include a first electrode (22Ue2) to which a winding for a first phase of the rotary electric machine of the plurality of windings is connected and a second electrode (22Vs1) to which a winding for a second phase of the rotary electric machine of the plurality of windings is connected.
