To provide a vehicular opening/closing body driving device capable of easily fixing a cable to a drum.SOLUTION: A door driving device includes a drum 50 having a spiral guide groove 53 formed on an outer peripheral surface, a cable 60 wound on the guide groove 53 of the drum 50, and a motor for driving the drum 50. An insertion hole 52 through which the cable 60 is inserted in the axial direction is formed in the drum 50.
