Abstract | To provide an electronic device capable of extending a take-out electrode part in a plane form and exposing the electrode to the outside, a manufacturing method of the same, and a lighting control lens unit.SOLUTION: The electronic device comprises: an intermediate part 5 including an electrochromic layer 5a as electronic function layer; electrode layers 7a, 8a on both sides of the intermediate part in a thickness direction; supports 9, 10 on both sided of a pair of electrode layers; electrode take-out parts 3, 4 exposed to the outside via both or any one of the supports; and take-out electrode part 20, 21 electrically connected one by one to the electrode layers. One take-out electrode part 20 has a penetration structure H1 that extends from the outer face of the support through the inner face and reaches the one electrode layer 7a while bypassing the other take-out electrode part 21. The other take-out electrode part 21 has a penetration structure H2 that extends from the outer face of the support through the inner face and reaches the other electrode take-out part 4 while bypassing the one take-out electrode part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
