Abstract To provide an electrical connection structure and an electrical connection method, which can efficiently perform a connection operation and can also readily perform a maintenance operation, while suppressing damage to concrete to a minimum level, when electrically connecting a steel material buried in the concrete and an installation installed outside of the concrete.SOLUTION: An electrical connection structure 1A is provided with a conductive connection terminal 2. One terminal 2a in an axial line direction of the connection terminal 2 contacts with steel material 92 in the concrete 91, and the other terminal 2b side in the axial line direction of the connection terminal 2 is located outside of the concrete 91.
