Abstract To provide an ice making device that can autonomously execute a series of ice making operations including control of a fan motor without depending on a host device.SOLUTION: An ice making device comprises an ice making tray, a fan motor for sending air to the ice making tray, an ice separation mechanism that is a mechanism for taking out ice from the ice making tray, a control unit, and a frame that is a frame body for holding the ice making tray, the fan motor, the ice separation mechanism, and the control unit.
