Abstract | To provide an ice making device that can autonomously execute a series of ice making operations including control of a fan motor without depending on a host device.SOLUTION: An ice making device comprises an ice making tray, a fan motor for sending air to the ice making tray, an ice separation mechanism that is a mechanism for taking out ice from the ice making tray, a control unit, and a frame that is a frame body for holding the ice making tray, the fan motor, the ice separation mechanism, and the control unit. The control unit controls operations of the fan motor, the ice separation mechanism, and a water supply mechanism that is a mechanism for opening/closing a water supply passage for supplying water to the ice making tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
