Summary: | To provide a colored composition excellent in viscosity stability, a photosensitive colored composition having high sensitivity, a high developing speed and excellent viscosity stability, and a color filter and a color liquid crystal display device formed by using the photosensitive colored composition.SOLUTION: The colored composition comprises a pigment (A), a dye derivative (B), a resin type dispersant (C), and a binder resin (D). The pigment (A) comprises a pigment having an average primary particle diameter of 10 to 80 nm and selected from the group consisting of an aluminum phthalocyanine pigment, a zinc phthalocyanine pigment, a halogenated diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment and a quinophthalone pigment; and the resin type dispersant (C) comprises an acidic resin type dispersant represented by any of (C1) to (C3), and has an average dispersion particle diameter of 30 to 200 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、粘度安定性に優れた着色組成物、高感度で、現像速度が速く、粘度安定性に優れた感光性着色組成物ならびに、該感光性着色組成物を用いて形成されたカラーフィルタ、カラー液晶表示装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】前記課題は、顔料(A)、色素誘導体(B)、樹脂型分散剤(C)、及びバインダ樹脂(D)を含む着色組成物であって、該顔料(A)が、アルミニウムフタロシアニン顔料、亜鉛フタロシアニン顔料、ハロゲン化ジケトピロロピロール顔料、およびキノフタロン顔料よりなる群のなかから選ばれる平均一次粒子径が10〜80nmである顔料を含み、かつ、該樹脂型分散剤(C)が、(C1)〜(C3)のいずれかで示される酸性の樹脂型分散剤を含み、その平均分散粒子径が30〜200nmであることを特徴とする着色組成物によって解決される。【選択図】図1 |
