Abstract To provide a manufacturing method of polyamide-imide resin pellets, capable of suppressing formation of thermally degraded products in extrusion operation in an extended period and capable of manufacturing pellets having objective characters stably.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of polyamide-imide resin pellets by supplying a polyamide-imide resin or a blend containing a polyamide-imide resin and an additive agent to a vent type screw extruder and kneading while heating therein, discharging it from an outlet of a nozzle, followed by hot cutting, wherein the manufacturing method of the polyamide-imide resin pellets is characterized by that a nozzle having a plurality of outlets only on one same circle with a shaft of the screw toward one screw of the extruder is used as the nozzle, and additional pellets having the same composition as the composition of pellets having been discharged and manufactured are supplied to the extruder from a vent port of the extruder at a rate equivalent to 10-50% of the material supplied to the extruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】長時間の押出し運転においても熱劣化物の発生を抑制することが可能で、目標とする性状のペレットを安定して製造可能なポリアミドイミド樹脂ペレットの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ベント式スクリュー押出し機を用い、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、またはポリアミドイミド樹脂と添加剤の混合物を供給して加熱しながら混練し、口金の吐出口から吐出した後ホットカットすることによりポリアミドイミド樹脂ペレットを製造する方法であって、口金として、押出し機の一つのスクリューに対しては該スクリューの軸を中心とする一つの同一円周上にのみ複数の吐出口を有する口金を用いるとともに、吐出され製造されるペレットの組成と同一の組成を有する追加ペレットを、押出し機のベント口から、押出し機に供給される材料の10〜50%に相当する割合で供給するポリアミドイミド樹脂ペレットの製造方法。【選択図】図2
