Abstract | To provide a liquid treatment apparatus capable of simplifying apparatus configuration.SOLUTION: A liquid treatment apparatus 1 is equipped with an electron emission element 4, a first power source 7, and a second power source 9. The electron emission element 4 has a first electrode 4a arranged opposite to water W. The first power source 7 applies drive voltage to the electron emission element 4 to discharge electrons from the first electrode 4a. The second power source 9 applies recovery voltage between the first electrode 4a and the water W. Preferably, the liquid treatment apparatus 1 controls a substance to be added to the water W by controlling the drive voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
