Summary:To provide a surface spectrometer with which it is possible to spectroscopically observe a phenomenon that changes in time in a short observation time by a simple device.SOLUTION: The surface spectrometer is constituted to comprise: an optical fiber array 5 in which the entrance side of a plurality of optical fibers is made into a two-dimensional array to form an entrance part 5in, and the exit side is made into a unidimensional array to form an exit part 5out; an image forming lens 4 for causing an arc emission image from a vacuum circuit breaker 1 to be formed in the entrance part 5in; a collimator lens 6 for changing emitted light from the exit part 5out to parallel beams of light; a diffraction grating 7 for dispersing the parallel beams of light into the unidimensional array direction of the exit part 5out and a direction perpendicular thereto to obtain a spectral image; and a high-speed video camera 8 for extracting unidimensional data that corresponds to a specific wavelength from the spectral image and obtaining a two-dimensional image that is reconstituted on the basis of the extracted data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】時間的に変動する現象を、短い観測時間で簡単な装置により分光観測することができる面分光装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の光ファイバーの、入口側を2次元配列として入口部5inを形成し、出口側を1次元配列として出口部5outを形成した光ファイバーアレイ5と、真空遮断器1からのアーク発光像を前記入口部5inに結像させる結像レンズ4と、前記出口部5outからの出射光を平行光とするコリメータレンズ6と、前記平行光を前記出口部5outの1次元配列の方向と直角方向に分散させて分光画像を得る回折格子7と、前記分光画像から、特定波長に対応する1次元データを抽出し、該抽出したデータに基いて再構成した2次元画像を得る高速度ビデオカメラ8とを備えた。【選択図】 図1
