Abstract | To provide an intake/exhaust configuration capable of suppressing intrusion of moisture and exhaust gas into an intake port in a carbon dioxide gas supply device using exhaust gas from a combustion mechanism.SOLUTION: A intake cylinder 110 and an exhaust cylinder 120 are provided on one surface 101 of the housing. The combustion mechanism is built in the housing and burns the fuel using the sucked air. An exhaust passage is formed between the combustion mechanism and an exhaust port 121 inside the housing. A cover member 300 is provided on one surface 101 of the housing so as to cover an intake port 111. The cover member 300 is located above the intake cylinder 110, and has a first surface 301 arranged so as to overlap the intake port 111 in a plan view of one surface 101 of the housing; a second surface 302 arranged so as to stand upright from the one surface 101 between the intake cylinder 110 and the exhaust cylinder 120; and an opening on the opposite side across the second surface 302 and the intake cylinder 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
