Abstract To provide a fluid machine capable of suppressing a wear of a projecting portion and an interposing member in a rotation preventive mechanism portion.SOLUTION: A fluid machine 1 is equipped with a fixing scroll 33 that has a fixing side tooth portion 331, a swiveling scroll 20 that has a swiveling side tooth portion 22 forming a compression chamber 38 sucking, compressing, and discharging a fluid between the swiveling side tooth portion and the fixing side tooth portion 331, and a plurality of rotation preventive mechanism portions 50. The rotation prevention mechanism portions 50 respectively have regulating portions 51 with circular inner peripheral walls, projecting portions 52 swiveling inside the regulating portion 51 while being regulated by the inner peripheral walls, and ring-shaped interposing members 53 interposed between the projecting portions 52 and the inner peripheral walls. The interposing member 53 are formed by a material with surface hardness lower than that of the projecting portions 52.
