The floating body 11 has an internal space 12 through which water can be taken in and out. The floating body 11 can float and sink in a water area W. The floating body 11 has a docking unit 14, a vessel landing unit 15, and a bottom unit 16. The docking unit 14 is formed so as to be docked on a fixed quay 5. The vessel landing unit 15 is provided so as to be separated from the docking unit 14 in the horizontal direction. The vessel landing unit 15 is formed so that a vessel traveling in the water area W can be landed.
