To provide a clothes dryer capable of coping with contamination of a foreign matter appropriately.SOLUTION: A clothes dryer 1 removes lint L in air flowing out of a drum 5 by a lint removal device 20. The lint removal device 20 comprises a laterally long filter part 21 and a screw 23 for scraping away and pushing out the lint L attached to the inside of the filter part 21. The screw has a shaft 230 and a spiral blade part 231 installed around the shaft.
