Abstract To provide an arc detection circuit and the like capable of precisely detecting an arc occurring on a transmission path.SOLUTION: An arc detection circuit 10 detects an arc occurring on a transmission path A connecting a solar panel 31 that generates a DC power and a power conversion unit 50 that converts the DC power into an AC power.
