Summary:To provide a signal processing device for performing AD conversion of a single slope type.SOLUTION: The signal processing device includes: an amplifier for amplifying an analog signal; a determination unit for determining higher-order bits of the analog signal; an adjustment unit for adjusting a level of the analog signal input to the amplifier based on a determination result of the determination unit; and a single slope type AD conversion unit for AD-converting lower bits of the analog signal using the level-adjusted output signal.
