Abstract | To highly reliably connect an amplifier with a board having an antenna, by using a bump.SOLUTION: An antenna integrated type amplifier 1A comprises: an antenna board 10 having an antenna 11; a radiator 20 facing the antenna board; and a support part 30A interposed between the antenna board 10 and the radiator 20. The support part 30A includes: an amplification module 40 including an amplifier 42; a support module 50; and a bump 60 and a bump 70 that are interposed between the antenna board 10 and the modules. The antenna board 10 has a portion supported by the amplification module 40 and the bump 60 and another portion supported by the support module 50 and the bump 70. The antenna board 10 is stably held with respect to the radiator 20 and is highly reliably connected with the amplifier 42 by using the bump 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
