To provide a toilet device capable of reliably preventing water from overflowing the toilet bowl while ensuring the usability of the toilet bowl.SOLUTION: The toilet device includes: a detection part capable of detecting at least either one of the water level within a toilet bowl and an index related to the water level; a clogging determination part that determines the clogged state of the toilet bowl on the basis of the detection result of the detection part; and a control part that determines whether to prohibit the supply of washing water into the toilet bowl on the basis of the determination result of the clogging determination part.
