To provide a holder and a tape peeling member capable of more surely inhibiting a part, which is used for cutting a tape, from being lost.SOLUTION: A holder 10 holds a thread T for cutting a double-sided tape R. The holder 10 holds the thread T for cutting the double-sided tape R, so that the thread T can be fed from the holder 10 to allow the double-sided tape R to be cut by the thread T, and then the double-sided tape R can be peeled off. Further, the holder 10 includes a fixing portion 14 that comes into contact with an inner surface 2a of an annular core 2. The fixing portion 14 fixes the holder 10 to the core 2, so that the holder 10 can be fixed to the core 2. This means that the possibility of the holder 10 and the thread T being lost can be reduced regardless of whether before or after the double-sided tape R is used, and thus more reliably inhibiting the part for cutting the double-sided tape R from being lost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】テープを切断する部品の紛失をより確実に抑制することができる保持具及びテープ剥離部材を提供する。【解決手段】保持具１０は、両面テープＲを切断する糸Ｔを保持する。保持具１０が両面テープＲを切断する糸Ｔを保持するので、糸Ｔを保持具１０から繰り出して、糸Ｔにより両面テープＲを切断して両面テープＲを剥がすことができる。また、保持具１０は環状のコア２の内面２ａに当接する固定部１４を備え、固定部１４が保持具１０をコア２に固定することにより、コア２に保持具１０を固定することができる。よって、両面テープＲの使用前後にかかわらず保持具１０及び糸Ｔを紛失する可能性を低減させることができるので、両面テープＲを切断する部品の紛失をより確実に抑制することができる。【選択図】図４
