Abstract To provide an automatic warehouse system capable of making a carriage stably travel on a clearance between tracks.SOLUTION: An automatic warehouse system 100, which is an automatic warehouse system capable of storing a load, includes: a storage shelf part capable of storing a load; a rail laid from the inside of the storage shelf part over the outside thereof; and a carriage 10 capable of traveling on the rail under a loading state of a load. The carriage 10 includes: a first wheel 10e including a plurality of wheels 10ea, 10eb, 10ec provided on one side in a cross direction crossing a traveling direction of the carriage 10; a second wheel 10f including another plurality of wheels 10fa, 10fb, 10fc provided on the other side in a cross direction.
