Abstract To increase a junction area of junction surfaces so as to sufficiently secure tensile strength of a junction part 35 and to suppress local stress concentration when an external force is applied, in an annular rubber member 3 used as a tire constituting member.SOLUTION: An annular rubber member 3 has: a junction part 35 formed by mutually laminating a sticking start end part 31 arranged on one side in a thickness direction and a sticking finish end part 33 arranged on the other side in the thickness direction; and a steady part 32 extending with a constant thickness in a circumferential direction between the sticking start end part 31 and the sticking finish end part 33.
