Summary:To provide a vehicle type laser irradiation device which can perform removal of deposit and surface modification by irradiating an object with laser beam, of which weight saving and down-sizing can be easily achieved, and further, which can be manufactured at a low cost, and to provide an arm type laser irradiation device.SOLUTION: A device body C of a vehicle type laser irradiation device is so configured as to include: a travel mechanism 1 comprising a crawler or a tire; a drive motor 2 which drives the travel mechanism 1, thereby moving the device body C in a cross direction; a motor control part 3 which is connected to the drive motor 2, and controls a movement speed of the device body C; a laser source 4 which can emit laser beam L; and a one-dimensional galvano-scanner 5 which reciprocally scans laser beam L inputted from the laser source 4 at a constant speed in left and right directions toward a lower part of the device body C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 対象物にレーザ光を照射して付着物の除去や表面改質などを行えるだけでなく、装置の軽量化及び小型化が容易で、しかも、低コストで製造が可能な車輌型レーザ照射装置、及びアーム型レーザ照射装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 車輌型レーザ照射装置の装置本体Cを、クローラまたはタイヤを備えた走行機構1と;この走行機構1を駆動させて装置本体Cを前後方向に移動させる駆動モータ2と;この駆動モータ2に接続されて装置本体Cの移動速度を制御するモータ制御部3と;レーザ光Lを出射可能なレーザ光源4と;このレーザ光源4から入力されたレーザ光Lを装置本体Cの下方に向けて左右方向に一定速度で往復走査する一次元ガルバノスキャナ5とを含んで構成した。【選択図】 図1
