To provide a technology capable of preventing a processing for automatic cooking from being improperly started.SOLUTION: A heating cooking system includes a heating cooker, an external terminal constituted to perform a selecting operation for selecting a cooking name of automatic cooking executed by the heating cooker, and transmitting a start command to the heating cooker, and a server constituted to receive a recipe request from the heating cooker and to transmit the recipe data to the heating cooker.
