To provide a hot water apparatus operation system capable of improving operability of a hot water apparatus by voice input.SOLUTION: A hot water apparatus operation system comprises: a hot water apparatus such as a water heater 1; and an information processing device (for example, a management server 5) which is configured to communicate with a voice input/output processing device 10 which transmits information including an operation command when the information including the operation command to the hot water apparatus is vocally input through user's utterance, and vocally outputs confirmation response information to the operation command when the information to the operation command is received, and also configured to determine whether a confirmation response can be omitted based upon contents of the operation command on receiving confirmation response no-need information from the voice input/output processing device 10 together with the operation command, and also generate and transmit control information based upon the contents of the operation command to the hot water apparatus without generating the confirmation response information if the confirmation response can be omitted, and generates and transmits the confirmation response information to the voice input/output processing device 10 on receiving information on the operation command not accompanied by the confirmation response no-need information from the voice input/output processing device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 音声入力による温水機器の操作性を向上できる温水機器操作システムを提供する。【解決手段】 給湯器１等の温水機器と、ユーザの発話によって温水機器に対する動作指令を含む情報が音声入力されたときに動作指令を含む情報を送信し、動作指令に対する確認応答情報を受信したときにこの情報を音声出力する音声入出力処理装置１０と通信可能に構成され、音声入出力処理装置１０から動作指令とともに確認応答不要情報を受信すると、動作指令の内容に基づいて確認応答の省略が可能であるか否かを判定し、確認応答の省略が可能である場合には、確認応答情報を生成することなく、動作指令の内容に基づく制御情報を生成して温水機器へ送信するよう構成され、音声入出力処理装置１０から確認応答不要情報を伴わない動作指令の情報を受信すると、確認応答情報を生成して音声入出力処理装置１０へ送信する情報処理装置（例えば管理サーバ５）と、を備えている。【選択図】 図１
