To provide a stable composition in the form of an O/W emulsion containing high amounts of oil.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition in the form of an O/W emulsion, containing (a) at least one cationic polysaccharide, (b) at least one crosslinking agent having three or more acid groups, or a salt thereof, (c) at least one oil, and (d) water, the amount of the (c) oil in the composition being 50% by mass or more, preferably 60% by mass or more, more preferably 70% by mass or more, based on the total mass of the composition. The composition in the form of the O/W emulsion according to the present invention is stable. Also, a composition in the form of an O/W/O emulsion can be prepared with the composition in the form of the O/W emulsion according to the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】多量の油を含むO/Wエマルションの形態の安定性組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、O/Wエマルションの形態の組成物であって、(a)少なくとも1種のカチオン性多糖と、(b)3つ以上の酸基を有する少なくとも1種の架橋剤又はその塩と、(c)少なくとも1種の油と、(d)水とを含み、組成物中の(c)油の量が、組成物の総質量に対して50質量%以上、好ましくは60質量%以上、より好ましくは70質量%以上である、組成物に関する。本発明によるO/Wエマルションの形態の組成物は、安定性である。また、O/W/Oエマルションの形態の組成物は、本発明によるO/Wエマルションの形態の組成物によって調製することができる。【選択図】なし
