Abstract | To provide a flower ring shaped column filler for capturing and collecting anion compounds capable of enhancing adsorption separation accuracy of anionic compounds in a flow system without providing complication of operations, and a column for capturing and collecting anion.SOLUTION: There is adopted a filler for column for filtration formed so that many pores are communicated each other and allowing passage of fluid, which contains flower ring shaped aggregate particles of a layered double hydroxide represented by the general formula (1), [MM(OH)](X)mHO (1), wherein Mis a bivalent metal ion, Mis trivalent metal ion, Xis n valent anion, y satisfies 0<y≤0.34 and m is the number changed depending on humidity of environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
