Summary:To provide a fine particle sensor such that an inner peripheral surface of a green compact is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of an insulation spacer so that none of gas to be measured passes between the inner peripheral surface of the green compact and the outer peripheral surface of the insulation spacer.SOLUTION: An insulation spacer 50 comprises an annular electric insulation film 55 which covers at least a part of an outer peripheral surface 51b of a main body part 51 entirely in a peripheral direction without any gap such that a terminal connection part is not covered and at least a part of a lead part is covered. At least a part of an inner peripheral surface 43c of a green compact 43 comes into contact with the electric insulation film 55 entirely in a peripheral direction so as to achieve airtight sealing between an outer peripheral surface 50b of the insulation spacer 50 and an inner peripheral surface 20c of outside metal fittings 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】圧粉体の内周面と絶縁スペーサの外周面との間を測定対象ガスが通過しないように、圧粉体の内周面が絶縁スペーサの外周面に接触した微粒子センサを提供する。【解決手段】絶縁スペーサ50は、端子接続部を被覆することなく、リード部の少なくとも一部を被覆する態様で、本体部51の外周面51bの少なくとも一部を、周方向の全体にわたって隙間無く被覆する環状の電気絶縁膜55を備える。圧粉体43の内周面43cの少なくとも一部は、周方向の全体にわたって電気絶縁膜55と接触して、絶縁スペーサ50の外周面50bと外側金具20の内周面20cとの間を気密に封止している。【選択図】図11
