Abstract | To provide an on-vehicle communication device, a communication program, and a message transmission method capable of being expected to effectively use a communication band or reduce a communication delay.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle communication device includes: a classification processing unit for performing a process of classifying a message to be transmitted to another device into a plurality of groups; and a message transmission unit for selecting groups in a predetermined order and transmits a message classified into the selected groups to the other device. The on-vehicle communication device is connected to the other device via a plurality of communication lines. The message transmission unit may select a group for each communication line in a predetermined order and transmit the message. The classification processing unit classifies a message to be transmitted to the other device into a first group and a second group. The message transmission unit may alternately transmit the message classified into the first group and the message classified into the second group to the other device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
