Abstract | To provide a sensor system capable of reducing power consumption of a sensor terminal and surely changing measurement parameters.SOLUTION: A sensor system comprises a sensor terminal which collects data, and a data collecting device wirelessly connected to the sensor terminal. The sensor terminal encrypts the sensor data measured by a sensor device according to received measurement parameters using a received encryption key, and transmits the encrypted sensor data to the data collecting device. The data collecting device decrypts the sensor data received from the sensor terminal. When the sensor data is normally decrypted, the data collecting device stores the decrypted sensor data in a storage unit. When the sense data is not normally decrypted, the data collecting device discards the undecrypted sensor data, and transmits the measurement parameters and the encryption key to the sensor terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
